Moulding Services
We can supply the full range of moulding services, from help with the initial product and tool design through sample approval, production and any post moulding operations required like machining, printing, plating, welding and assembly. The parts are then delivered straight to the customer.
Moulding is carried out on site in our modern production area. Quality is vital to the success of our operation and is monitored throughout the production process.
We are happy to undertake insert and low volume moulding as well as the higher volume parts.
With a quality system approved to ISO 9001:2008 and using QS9000 and six-sigma techniques (e.g. process mapping, control plans, FMEA, etc) we can ensure that the parts produced fully comply with the customer specifications and requirements.
We also have facilities for statistical process control and data analysis, which can be used, when appropriate, to prove the capability of the tools and processes to maintain the tolerances required.
